CODE: A Windows Development environment for the iSeries
CODE is an exciting Windows development environment for the iSeries. This development tool replaces the world of SEU, SDA, PDM, etc. All the things that a developer might wish were possible with a green screen are in CODE!! Other benefits include improving programmer productivity and morale, offloading host development workload and allowing existing applications to be maintained more effectively. This session will introduce you to CODE's many powerful features.

Alison Butterill   is an IBM Certified Consulting I/T Specialist working for the IBM Software Development Lab in Toronto, Canada. She has worked in the mid-range area for more than 20 years holding a wide variety of positions at IBM, from field support to Technical Education. For the past 8 years, Alison has worked for the Toronto Development Lab as a Technical Advocate for the latest AD Tooling. Throughout her career, Alison has been a specialist in the areas of Application Development and Database. Alison is a frequent speaker at both North American and European COMMON Conferences, and has won numerous speaker medals. She is a frequent speaker at user group meetings and other events around the world.
