Working with WebSphere Session Support
As soon as you create a Web application that uses more than one form, you need to know how to work with sessions By design, a Web server does not make data entered on a Web page available to you in subsequent Web pages. WebSphere provides several techniques you can use to provide session support so that you can create workable and robust multiple Web form applications. Some of the topics included in this session are: Why session support is necessary and how WebSphere provides this support, Using cookies for session support, When and how to use URL encoding for session support, Local sessions and persistent sessions, Working with the Session object to access data from other Web pages.
